Lakes Region students are heading back to school.
While most of the schools in Missouri are not back in session till next week, the majority of area schools in Arkansas will be back in session this week.
The Harrison School District is one of those returning to class today. According to a Facebook post by the Harrison Police Department, they remind motorist to be on the lookout for school busses and their frequent stops to pick-up and drop-off students. The post says officers will be keeping an eye out for motorist that illegally pass school busses that are stopped.
Berryville is also beginning classes today while other schools in the area beginning this week include Green Forest, Omaha and Ozark Mountain on Tuesday with Bergman, Eureka Springs, Jasper, Lead Hill, and Valley Springs among those starting on Wednesday.
