The Marion County Sheriff's Office is seeking an individual from Boone County wanted on charges of sexual assault against a minor.
32-year-old Dillion Isaac Kelley of Everton is wanted in connection to an incident that occurred at a residence in Bruno on July 25. According to the probable cause affidavit posted by KTLO, Kelley showed up at the residence unannounced and was intoxicated then asked an underage female member of the house to have sex with him. The girl and other members of the house left while the homeowner called 9-1-1.
Kelley is facing felony charges of sexual assault in the second degree with a minor and criminal attempt. Once he is taken into custody, his bond will be set at $10,000.
