Arkansas State Police Arrest Harrison Man on Rape Charges

The Arkansas State Police releases information on an arrest Tuesday in Harrison.

According to the release, Special Agents with the ASP Criminal Investigation Division arrested 72-year-old Larry Hayden Graddy of Harrison on two Felony Counts of Rape. Graddy was taken into custody at his residence and transported to the Boone County Detention Center. 

According to court documents filed on Wednesday by the ASP, Graddy is being charged for sexually assaulting two minor females, one from 1999-2005 and other from 2011-15. The documents said the victims disclosed the contact in June which began the investigation. 

Both the release and court documents indicate that the investigation will continue into possible further victims.
