Legislation passed by the Arkansas House would increase the annual property tax credit for homeowners from $600 to $675.
The House Resolution passed 92–0, with seven members not voting, and is projected to raise tax credits by about $40 million annually starting in 2027 without affecting general revenue.
The bill now moves to the Senate for consideration before reaching the governor.
