Boil Orders for a pair of area water systems have been lifted.
According to the Arkansas Department of Health, the boil orders issued in Boone and Newton Counties for the Krooked Kreek Water Association have been lifted as of Thursday afternoon. The Boil Order was issued on December 29 due to frozen water lines causing issues with the tanks filling up.
A boil order issued for Bergman Waterworks has also been lifted. That order was issued Dec. 27 due to power failure for the area of Hawkeye Lane and everything north in the system.
