Former President Donald Trump is safe after the Secret Service foils an apparent attempt on the former President's life.
Multiple media outlets report that a Secret Service agent spotted the barrel of a rifle near the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach where the former President was playing a round of golf. According to reports, agents spotted a man carrying an AK-47 Rifle and opened fire. The man escaped but was later caught and identified as 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh.
Evidence found at the scene of where Routh was spotted as well as when he was captured leads authorities to believe this was an attempt on Trump's life.
This attempt on Trump's life comes two months after an attempt was made on his life at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
